International Paper in Eighty Four, PA is seeking an hourly Production Associate to set up machinery, read orders, monitor quality, and operate safely on afternoon and midnight shifts.

You will read gauges, follow lockout/tagout procedures, perform basic shop math, and assist with cleaning and scrap removal; must have manufacturing experience and reliable transportation. The role offers full-time hours with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within IP.

Qualifications

• Willing to work afternoon and midnight shifts.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Stable work history essential.
• Able to lift up to 50–100 pounds and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery according to procedures.
• Read factory orders.
• Monitor and adjust quality throughout production.
• Read gauges and test equipment.
• Work near electrical, hydraulic and mechanical energy sources.
• Follow Lock out/ Tag out procedures.
• Perform basic shop math and inspections.
• Assist with clean-up tasks and scrap removal.
