• Perform basic measurements and math calculations related to tolerances and dimensions.
• Conduct in-process visual inspections, with or without microscopes, per requirements.
• Document work performed on inspection reports and traveler forms; conduct dimensional inspections with gauges and micrometers

We're seeking an Assembly Worker Production Operators to work at a premier medical devices manufacturing client in Lowell, MA.

Pay Rate:

• $18 hrly; 6 mons to 1 year of medical manufacturing experience.
• $19 hrly; must have 1+ years of medical manufacturing experience.

Work Schedule:

• 1st Shift; Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift; Mon - Thurs, 3:00PM - 1:30AM; includes $1.50 shift differential

Job Description:

• Assembling a range of components into finished goods across one or more production lines under the direction of Production Team Leaders/Supervisors
• Operating a variety of wafer fab equipment in a clean room production environment
• Manually manipulating fragile wafers and working with small devices to load fixtures and process equipment
• Performing basic measurements and math calculations related to tolerances and dimensions
• Conducting in-process visual inspections, both with and without microscopes, in line with established requirements
• Accurately documenting all work performed on inspection reports and customer travelersPerforming various dimensional inspections using gauges, dimensional inspection systems, verniers, and micrometers

• Are proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
