Hydro-Gear in Huntingdon, Tennessee is hiring production operators for 1st and 2nd shifts. You will assemble world-class drive products in a climate-controlled factory, following written and verbal instructions.

The role offers full-time hours (38.75 per week with overtime) and weekly pay, with benefits starting day one, including health, dental & vision insurance, a Flexible Spending Account, a Health Savings Account, and a 401(k) plan with life insurance. Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and produce products based on written and verbal instructions.
• Set up stations and conduct minor preventative maintenance.
• Stock and handle component parts and units.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality.
• Be a team player in safety, quality, delivery and production output.
