Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1 year of automotive/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work standard 40 hours with overtime/holidays as required.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-components using manual or automated machinery.
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality inspections.
• Complete production documentation accurately and timely.
• Visually inspect and test finished parts for quality.
• Meet productivity quotas while ensuring product quality.
• Operate equipment safely under supervision and guidance.
• Perform changeovers and setup tasks (torches, mandrels, dies, fixtures).
• Report poke-yoke issues and unsafe/defected operations promptly.
• Provide assistance and training to other operators.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area.
