Job summary

Hydro-Gear in Indianapolis, IN is seeking Electronics/Assembly Operators to build world‑class electro‑mechanical drives. You will perform through hole soldering, set up stations, stock components, and inspect products to meet quality standards in a climate‑controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on experience in light industrial manufacturing.
• Through Hole Soldering experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up stations and perform routine cleaning and checks.
• Stock and handle component parts and units.
• Inspect products to meet Hydro-Gear quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals.
