Job summary

Brava Roof Tile is seeking a Production Operator for our Washington, Iowa plant. You will operate machinery, handle materials, and maintain smooth production flow in a safety-focused, teamwork-driven environment.

You will monitor equipment, load extruders, inspect products, and ensure quality standards. The role requires a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule and fluency in English, Spanish, or French.
