Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Production Operator to manage daily production line activities, ensuring safety, quality and throughput in our Kenosha plant. You will complete hourly quality and production reports and escalate defects per GMP and food safety standards.

The role requires following Good Manufacturing Practices, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting other areas as needed. A 12-hour shift pattern (day or night on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule) is typical.

Qualifications

• Responsible for daily activities on the production line ensuring safety, quality and throughput.
• Accurately completes quality and production reports hourly and reports defects to leadership.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety standards at all times.
• Maintains housekeeping and proper raw material levels to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety initiatives and follow plant safety guidelines.
• Troubleshoot minor line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Support positive attendance and reliable shift coverage on a 12-hour rotating schedule.
