Niagara Bottling is hiring a Production Operator to manage daily production floor operations on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule in Rialto, CA. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and throughput, with strict adherence to GMP and food safety standards and regular reporting of production metrics.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, with Associate's Degree preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment is valued, and comprehensive benefits are offered to full-time employees.

• Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily production line activities ensuring safety, quality, and throughput.
• Complete quality and production reports hourly with attention to detail.
• Report all quality defects to appropriate team members and leadership.
• Adhere to GMP and food safety standards at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping in production and assigned areas; manage raw materials as needed.
• Be available for 12-hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• Attend shift with regular and reliable attendance.
