Job summary

WestRock Company, Inc. is seeking a Night Shift Production Team Member to support a fast-paced, continuous-run manufacturing facility.

You will ensure tooling is ready, assist with setup and breakdown, and maintain a clean work area in alignment with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include following production specs, working with machine SOPs, and cross-training on different machines to operate efficiently and independently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong desire to advance within the industry.
• Flexos, Gluers, Rotaries and Forklifts familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation of a fast-paced, continuous-run manufacturing facility with a Safety First culture.
• Ensure tooling for the machine is on hand and assist with setup and breakdown.
• Maintain a clean work area free of spills and debris and follow production and print specs.
• Cross-train with various machines and work efficiently and independently.
