Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Strong teamwork and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and shipping/receiving.
• Perform changeovers on related equipment.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain clean work areas and sanitation checks.
• Record production data to measure waste and efficiency.
• Assist in other plant areas and participate in team projects.
• Coordinate shift activities and attend training.
