Job summary

Steadfast Employment is seeking a Production Worker to support the manufacturing process by assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products for shipment. This role operates rotating 12-hour shifts and emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will work with a team, follow instructions, and record production data. A high school diploma is preferred and pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Basic math, measurement, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with company guidelines.
• Assemble, package, or label products according to production specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, following safety procedures at all times.
• Load and unload materials, parts, or finished products.
• Monitor production processes and make minor adjustments as needed to ensure efficiency.
• Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.
• Assist team members and supervisors in meeting daily production goals.
