Job summary

Post Consumer Brands in Tremonton, Utah, is seeking a production operator to run and monitor production equipment, oversee shipping/receiving, and maintain a safe, efficient line.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of manufacturing experience. You must lift up to 50 lbs, read and follow instructions, and work 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule with overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment and related processes.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain clean work areas and conduct sanitation checks.
• Record production data and report waste or downtime.
• Coordinate shift activities and assist other areas.
• Attend training and participate in audits.
