Job summary

Post Consumer Brands in Tremonton, UT is seeking a Production Operator to operate production equipment, monitor lines, and uphold safety and quality on a 12-hour schedule with built‑in overtime opportunities.

You’ll work in a team environment, follow detailed work instructions, and contribute to continuous improvement. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and benefits include health coverage, PTO and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing or related experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform all production equipment operations and related tasks safely and efficiently.
• Change over all related equipment.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on related equipment.
• Maintain clean work areas, perform sanitation audits and develop corrective action plans.
• Perform quality checks on raw ingredients, intermediates, finished products and packaging materials.
• Record production data to measure waste, downtime or efficiency.
• Provide assistance and participate in all team activities.
• Prepare production reports and plan to maximize team and equipment efficiency.
• Substitute for team members during breaks/absences/vacation.
• Assist in other areas of the plant as needed.
• Participate in special projects/assignments/committees.
• Coordinate shift activities related to production.
• Participate in all required training.
• Attend meetings as needed.
• Perform audits as required.
