Job summary

Rogers Corporation in Arkansas is seeking a production line operator to meet daily goals on the manufacturing floor. The role involves communicating production issues to supervisors and following daily directives on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule with every other Wednesday, from 6am to 6pm.

You will set up, operate and troubleshoot equipment, perform quality checks, and record data in the computer system while maintaining a safe, clean work area and coordinating with other departments to resolve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; equivalent experience considered.
• Willing and able to become certified in forklift operation.
• Willing and able to work with computers.

• Perform visual inspection, measurement and testing in accordance with established procedures

This role works on the production line to meet defined goals. The position will communicate production issues and take direction from the department supervisor and/or lead on daily basis. Shift Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6am-6pm.
