Hourly Pay: $20.80 + $3.00 Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd Shift

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Make equipment adjustments to meet specifications.
  • Perform quality checks and record results.
  • Change settings during equipment changeovers.
  • Record production data into MDIS system.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Work safely in a manufacturing environment following safety rules.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
  • Use computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Recognize measurements outside specified ranges.
  • Read measuring devices accurately.
  • Complete inspection procedures as documented.
  • Follow work order instructions.
  • Use Microsoft Outlook for work emails.
  • Learn and operate plant equipment.
  • Use common hand tools properly.
  • Troubleshoot minor process issues.
  • Communicate effectively with co-workers.
  • Identify unsafe conditions.
  • Work cooperatively and understand task relationships.
  • Learn procedures and retain information.
  • Monitor product specifications online.
  • Adjust machines/processes to meet specs.
  • Be forklift certified or able to obtain certification.

Pay may be adjusted based on experience and qualifications.
