A leading company is seeking a Production Operator-Dry Room to assemble Lithium SO2 cells. Responsibilities include winding cell material, performing quality checks, and maintaining equipment. The role requires attention to detail and manual dexterity, with training provided for certification.
The Production Operator-Dry Roomwill perform duties necessary to the assembly of Lithium SO2 cells. Operations include winding cell material into jelly roll configuration and inserting into can, placing insulating washers on top shells, attaching top shell to can assembly, crimping top shell to can assembly, welding top shell to can assembly, performing continuity checks when necessary, performing in-line quality checks after each operation, performing simple and complex maintenance, and contributing to team and plant wide activities. Must become certified on all operations within the Dry Room within 12 months. All tasks will be performed while supporting the policies, procedures, goals and objectives of the company.
