Job summary

MEC (Mayville Engineering Company, Inc.) in Wisconsin seeks a production operator to operate basic machinery, load and unload materials, monitor operations, and perform routine maintenance in a safe, organized environment.

The role requires following SOPs, adhering to safety policies, and collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues. Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred but not required; HS diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

• Some physical demand; often lifts light to heavy-weight material. Frequent lifting/moving average weight (up to 50lbs/11-27 kgs) material.
• Ability to perform occasional to frequent pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, twisting, crawling and/or reaching over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shift on concrete (8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
