Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support daily production. You will operate basic machinery, load and unload materials, monitor processes, and report issues to supervision while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow SOPs, basic math skills, and strong teamwork. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods during an 8–12 hour shift.

• Ability to operate motorized vehicles over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
• Ability to stand and / or walk constantly over a full work shifton concrete(8-12 hours).
• May be exposed to noise levels for which hearing protection is required to be worn over a full work shift (8-12 hours).
