As a Production Operator, you’ll be part of the team turning raw rubber and components into high-quality molded parts. You’ll work directly with production equipment, molds, tools, and materials while playing a hands‑on role in keeping production moving efficiently and safely.
This isn’t a sit‑behind‑a‑desk kind of job. You’ll be on your feet, working directly with production equipment, molds, tools, and materials in a steady paced manufacturing environment.
Heavy molds are part of the job.
Standing for extended periods is required.
Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

We’re looking for someone who is mechanically inclined, hands‑on, and comfortable working around production equipment. You don’t have to be a polymer expert, but you should understand how to work with tools, equipment, and mechanical processes.
Mechanically inclined with a natural ability to understand how equipment works.
Comfortable using hand tools and basic mechanical tools.
Able to troubleshoot equipment and recognize when something isn’t operating correctly.
Experience working with machinery, presses, production equipment, or manufacturing processes is a plus.
Able to read and follow detailed work instructions, routings, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing consistent, quality parts.
Good manual dexterity and the ability to work confidently with your hands.
Organized and able to stay focused in a fast‑paced production environment.
Able to think logically, solve problems, and use good judgment.
Dependable, safety‑conscious, and willing to take ownership of your work.
Comfortable working around heat, heavy molds, and industrial equipment.
Polymer/rubber molding experience is preferred, but not required.
If you know your way around tools, understand machinery, and take pride in doing things right, you’ll fit right in.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
