Parker Hannifin in Indiana is seeking a skilled operator to run rubber molding, transfer, and compression presses. You will load molds and materials, monitor cycle times, and make basic adjustments to ensure quality parts according to work orders and procedures.

Operate rubber molding, transfer, and compression presses to produce quality molded rubber components according to work orders, specifications, and established production procedures. Operate molding equipment, load molds, and materials, monitor press cycles, and make basic adjustments to ensure consistent part quality. Inspect finished parts for defects, trim, and finish components as required, and complete necessary production and quality documentation.

Starting pay is $20.00 with step wage progression based on performance
Shift premium up to $1.25/hour
