Qualifications

  • Accurately complete daily production check sheets and quality documentation.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
  • Stay on schedule and complete tasks within designated shift timelines.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and safely lifting heavy materials as needed.
  • Safely work with and around chemicals used in the mixing process, following all procedures and PPE requirements.
  • Understand and manage working conditions involving heat and carbon materials, ensuring safety and compliance with operational protocols.

  • Perform operational and safety pre-checks to verify equipment readiness, emergency stops, guards, and PPE compliance before starting production.
  • Inspect equipment and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
  • Handle rubber materials and work with heavy machinery in high-temperature environments while following strict safety protocols.
  • Monitor machine processes throughout the shift and respond promptly to any issues or abnormalities.
  • Conduct daily inspections of machine setups, conditions, and verify the functionality of scales and measuring devices.
  • Ensure all checkpoints, sensors, and machines are functioning correctly and operating as intended.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality standards and production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in alignment with 5S principles.
  • Accurately record production data and equipment checks on daily logs.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with team leaders and supervisors regarding equipment concerns or process issues.
  • Operate and understand all mixing equipment used in the extrusion process.
  • Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects as needed.
