Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a molding press operator in Indiana. The role focuses on safely operating rubber molding presses, monitoring robotic inspection, and ensuring parts meet specifications.
You will follow work instructions, perform basic shop math, read OD sheets, and maintain documentation. The position runs on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) with starting pay of $20.25 per hour and a shift premium up to $1.25/hour.
The molding press operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating rubber molding presses to produce high-quality molded presses to produce high quality molded components for a diverse range of customer industries. The position follows established work instructions, monitors production processes, performs quality checks, and ensures parts meet customer and company specifications. The operator will monitor an automated robotic inspection system that evaluates molded parts for quality and consistency. This includes observing robot operations, identifying rejected or questionable parts, responding to basic equipment issues, and notifying the correct personnel when problems arise.
Must demonstrate a strong safety work culture. Be able to recognize potential safety hazards. Work safely in the environment and be a safety role model.

High School Diploma is preferred or at least 3 years related work history
