Job summary

System One is seeking a Production Operator for an onsite contract in Phoenix, AZ. The position runs 40 hours per week, with a schedule from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm and occasional later shifts if production continues.

Responsibilities include overseeing processing equipment, performing routine tests, maintaining production records, handling materials and labels, and operating forklift and batch operations to ensure high-quality coatings products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years related manufacturing experience.
• Proficient written, verbal, and listening communication.
• Willingness to actively participate in day-to-day plant activities.
• Familiarity with safety activities and team activities.

Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 40 hours per week, schedule 5 am - 3:30 pm (occasionally later if production is still running)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
• 0-2 years related manufacturing experience
• Communication skills - proficient in written, verbal, and listening skills
• Demonstrated willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day plant activities
• Familiarity with safety activities, safe behavior observations, and team activities

Preferred qualifications

• Production operations/manufacturing experience
• Paint/coating batch processing experience
