Job summary

System One in Landisville, PA is seeking a Press Operator on a contract-to-hire basis. You will set up and operate Axial or ISO/TVP presses, inspect parts with micrometers and calipers, and work toward 80% production rate while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This onsite role requires 1–2 years manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to read part prints. You will use Epicor for production tracking and report outcomes, in a clean, fast-paced environment.

First Shift - Monday through Friday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm; 40 hours
Second Shift - Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm - 1:30 am; 40 hours

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced production processes in either Axial or ISO/TVP, working more independently to meet production goals.
• Set up and operate Axial or ISO/TVP machinery, ensuring parts are within tolerance using a micrometer.
• Achieve 80% of the production rate and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow autonomous maintenance practices.
• Use Epicor system proficiently for production tracking and reporting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and cleanliness compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Ability to read and interpret part prints.
