Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation in Perris, CA is seeking a dependable Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate production equipment, manage quality control inspections, and collaborate across departments to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

The role supports continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. We offer growth opportunities within a state-of-the-art facility in Perris, CA, with shifts A, B, and C.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of a shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to obtain a Lift Truck Operator’s license.
• Flexibility to work overtime as requested.

Responsibilities

• Operate & Maintain: Set up, calibrate, and operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools.
• Quality Control: Follow SOPs to conduct material inspections, verify product specs, and maintain quality logs.
• Problem Solve: Participate in root-cause analysis to address quality issues and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate: Partner with team members to ensure safety and 5S cleanliness standards.
• Cross-Train: Learn multiple technical functions and fill operational gaps as priorities shift.

The hourly rate for this position is $19.72-$26.29/ hour.

What You'll Do (Day-to-Day)

Operate & Maintain: Set up, calibrate, and operate basic manufacturing equipment and tools.

Quality Control: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to conduct material inspections, verify product specifications, and maintain detailed quality logs.

Problem Solve: Participate in root-cause analysis to address quality issues and suggest process enhancements.

Collaborate: Partner with team members to ensure safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards are met.

Cross-Train: Actively learn multiple technical functions and fill operational gaps as production priorities shift.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.

Proficiency with basic computer applications.

Ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of a shift and safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Shifts Available

• A Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00PM
• B Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• C Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
