Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform SMT, AOI, AXI, ICT, FCT, burn-in, box-build, and other related testing and assembly tasks.
• Identify and communicate production issues to supervisor to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Read and follow work instructions and BOMs, ensure accuracy of task results.

Job Title: Production Operator I

Job Overview

Production Operator 1 sets up and operates production machines and equipment. Reports to Production Supervisor and is located in Newark, CA.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall operation of the assigned production line/unit
• Offline feeder setup, tear down and component recognition
• SMT machine operating
• AOI machine operating and QC
• PCBA general rework
• PCBA trace, BGA pad rework
• Handload, mechanical assembly
• Handload, wave soldering machine operating, washer operating
• AXI machine operating and QC
• SRT machine operating
• Routing/depanelization/Press Fit
• ICT testing
• FCT testing
• Burn in
• Box build
• HiPot
• Hynix Test
• Hynix QC
• Hynix operations exclude Hynix Test and QC
• Execute written/verbal instructions given by supervisor and monitor efficiency and quality of assigned routine tasks
• Read and follow work instructions and visual aids
• Check and inspect task results against predetermined standards
• Identify, communicate, and elevate production issues and problems

Required Education and Experience
