Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with basic math for measurements.
• Prior machine operator experience in manufacturing or production.
• Ability to read and follow production instructions and safety procedures.
• Experience with lathes, mills, drills, presses, or CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow production instructions and process sheets to complete operations.
• Set up and operate lathes, mills, drills, presses, CNC machines and other equipment.
• Install and align fixtures and tooling for safe operation.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools to verify specs.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow all safety and company rules.
