Job Overview

Primary responsibility is to produce high-quality inks for customers using various machines. Learn all processes and equipment, with a focus on using PLC-driven HMI equipment to produce ink via batch tickets. Success depends on quality, timeliness, and safety.

Essential Job Functions

1. Review batch tickets and follow instructions
2. Provide samples to lab
3. Pack and label products
4. Report incidents and suggest improvements
5. Clean equipment and work area
6. Operate forklifts and manage inventory in SAP
7. Gather and weigh ingredients, ensure traceability
8. Operate and troubleshoot mixing equipment
9. Train others and perform preliminary quality checks
10. Wear PPE and follow safety protocols

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in quality control and safety procedures
• Ability to lift 55 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods
• At least 1 year in manufacturing environment, with mixing/measuring experience
• Drug screening and background check required
