YOUR ROLE

1. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently assembling raw materials and processing products according to high-quality standards using automatic/manual machines, hand tools, and equipment.
2. This position is responsible for creating batches following a recipe on batch tickets, tracking raw material inventory, and maintaining a safe work environment.
3. You must be hardworking and self-motivated.
4. Be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy; dependable; maintain a positive attitude; and be a team player.
5. Proficiency in math, reading comprehension, and mechanical reasoning, with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
6. While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to stand, walk (including stairs), twist, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb for extended periods and must have the ability to lift.
