Position: Production Operator

Location: Medina, OH 44256

About Us: MJ Morgan Group is seeking a motivated production operator to join our team. We're passionate about quality and innovation in manufacturing, and we're looking for individuals who share our dedication. We are looking for a "go-getter", someone who wants to work in a distribution environment and could see a career for themselves in this space.

Job Information: General labor and machine/equipment operation tasks to assist in the repackaging of different polymers, rubbers, and materials.
Shift: 2nd (3pm - 11:30pm)

Payrate: Second: $19.50 per hour

Contract/On-Boarding Process:
Temp-to-Hire / Resume required, interview required, drug test required.

This position has a clear track for training and growth within the company. Upon completing your hours, you will be converted to FTE to start your career!

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 18 years of age!
• Previous manufacturing or distribution experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
