Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a production associate for the night shift in Kent, OH. The role requires maintaining safety and quality standards on the production line, working in a fast-paced environment, and assisting leadership to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, collaborating with team members, and adapting to shifting priorities while keeping work areas clean and organized. 18+ and basic reading/writing in English are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

Job description

HOURS: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, overtime as needed. RATE OF PAY: $29.28 per hour *plus shift premium

• Other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Skills

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
