Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the 3rd shift (10 PM–6 AM) to join its manufacturing team. The role involves front-line production processes, operating machinery, packaging final products, and contributing to quality and efficiency on the line.

weekend/overtime/holiday shifts may be required as needed. Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of work experience, basic math and computer skills, and be able to read and follow English instructions.

Job description

Production Operator- 3rd Shift Pay: $22.25 per hour plus Shift Differential: $01.00 per hour Shift & Working Hours: 3rd Shift; 10 PM to 6 AM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. This role is part of our Omnium business who is a loyal partner in the manufacturing of crop protection, adjuvant, and plant nutrition products.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
