Job summary

International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. seeks a Production Operator to operate packaging and production equipment on-site in New Century, KS. You will label, code, and document finished products while maintaining quality standards and clean, safe work areas.

This role requires adherence to SOPs and GMPs and active participation in cross-shift collaboration. With a High School diploma or GED, you’ll support continuous production, document results, and assist with line changeovers as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate packaging and production equipment while maintaining efficiency and quality.
  • Package, label, code, and mark finished products accurately.
  • Complete product sampling activities and communicate results to Quality/Lab teams.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Support equipment changeovers and line transitions to minimize downtime.
  • Inspect packaging materials and report quality concerns.
