Job summary

IFF is seeking an Operator 3 in Pryor, OK for an onsite role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will operate packaging equipment, perform product safety checks, and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Join a collaborative team with opportunities for growth and exposure to SAP transactions and data entry tasks. Candidates should be able to lift 10 kg repeatedly and work a 12-hour rotating shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or packaging environment.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate industrial equipment and machinery.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and process compliance.
• Basic computer skills and data entry proficiency.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 kg multiple times per shift.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing and packaging equipment, including Auto Pack machines such as Slidell and Niro.
• Perform product safety and quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) safely and effectively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across production operations.
• Complete SAP transactions and production-related data entry accurately.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping standards throughout the facility.
• Assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other production line activities.
• Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.
