Job summary

Kelly Services in Junction City, KS is seeking a Production Operator for the Mon–Thu 2:30 pm to 1:00 am shift. The role offers USD 17.00 per hour under a TTH contract.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Follow procedures, checklists and safety protocols.
  • Build boxes, clean and maintain equipment, ensure tools and supplies are available.
  • Operate, set up and adjust equipment to maintain product quality.
  • Inspect and prepare products per SOPs.
  • Thread/splice material and handle packaging.
  • Monitor and record production and material usage manually and electronically.
  • Clean machinery, equipment and work area as needed.
  • Communicate and cooperate with crew for quality, efficiency and safety.
  • Identify and label hazardous waste for proper disposal.
  • Recommend and help implement improvements.
  • Serve on teams for quality, safety, waste reduction and lean principles.
  • Participate in self-development and training.
  • Exhibit safety and environmental best practices.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
