Starting pay is $24.35 with open progression up to $33.45 depending upon your job certification and job assignment.**Job Responsibilities:*** Process quality film safely in a manufacturing work environment following established processes and procedures.* Certify and learn job according to training documentation and certify to required level.**Knowledge / Skills / Experience*** High School diploma or GED from a school accredited by the U.S. Department of Education or state/country of residence* Must be able to pass on-the-job training requirements which may include physical – lifting, pushing and pulling, computer-based safety training, and forklift training.* Must be dependable and able to work in team-based environment.* Good written and verbal communication skills.* Must have a strong desire to learn and progress within a manufacturing environment.* Computer skills* Must be able to pass post-offer onboarding requirements which include hair and urine drug screen, background check, pre-employment physical exams* Able to work 12 hour rotating shifts which include 4 days on/4 days off and 4 weeks on day shift/4 weeks on night shift.* Must be able to legally work in the United States without sponsorship* Must be 18 years of age or older**Pay Transparency*** **Starting pay is $24.35 with open progression up to $33.45 depending upon job certification and job assignment.
