Job summary

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher completed and verified prior to startup
• One (1) year of machine operation experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Ability to work differing shifts to include 2nd or 3rd working on 8- or 12-hour shifts

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• This position may require forklift and hoist operation experience
• This position may require experience in SAP and PLC
