Job summary

WorkSmart Staffing is seeking reliable individuals for multiple manufacturing and production opportunities. Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing, machine operation, production, or quality inspection, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating equipment, performing changeovers, inspecting products, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 3 months of manufacturing or production experience.
• Some positions require prior machine operation experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40–50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
