TEC Specialty is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse / Production Operator to support manufacturing and warehouse operations at our Gainesville facility. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, handling raw materials and finished goods, maintaining product quality standards, and ensuring accurate inventory movement throughout the facility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Measure, mix, package, and label products in accordance with production specifications.
- Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
- Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions accurately.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
- Maintain production records, inventory documentation, and quality control checks.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
- Assist with line changeovers, cleanup activities, and general housekeeping.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial operations preferred.
- Forklift experience and/or certification preferred.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing and material-handling equipment.
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
- Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
