Job summary

TEC Specialty is seeking a dependable Warehouse / Production Operator at our Gainesville facility to support manufacturing and warehouse operations. You will operate production equipment, handle raw materials and finished goods, and maintain quality standards to ensure accurate inventory movement.

The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced team, follows safety procedures, and is willing to work overtime. Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial operations preferred.
• Forklift experience and/or certification preferred.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing and material-handling equipment.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Measure, mix, package, and label products in accordance with production specifications.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions accurately.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain production records, inventory documentation, and quality control checks.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
• Assist with line changeovers, cleanup activities, and general housekeeping.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping goals.
