Adecco is assisting a local customer in Fontana, CA to fill Production Operator positions on the 2nd shift. The role offers a pay of $20.00 per hour with opportunities to learn and grow while joining Adecco’s perks and benefits.

Responsibilities include folding roof ridges by hand, maintaining safety procedures, housekeeping, and meeting a production target of 12 boxes per hour. Candidates should have 3+ months in manufacturing or warehouse work and wear safety shoes.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of prior manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Must provide your own safety shoes.
• Must wear a long sleeve shirt with at least a 35% cotton blend.
• Ability to perform manual folding work with light shingle materials (no climbing, no stooping).
• Must consistently meet production expectations of 12 boxes per hour.

• 2nd : M-F 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM $20.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Manually fold roof ridges using gloved hands (light material handling; no tools or machinery).

• Follow all safety procedures and avoid at-risk behaviors at all times.

• Support housekeeping, shutdown, cleanup, startup, and basic maintenance tasks.

• Meet required production target of 12 boxes per hour for rippers/folders.
