Job description

Essential Duties

• Ensure safe operation of equipment to prevent damage and injuries.
• Participate fully as a member of the crew during downtime, start‑up, product changes, operational problems, and clean‑up.
• Assist in sheet breaks, threading machine, and product changes.
• Clear machine jams to keep product moving.
• Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of assigned equipment.
• Conduct product testing in accordance with specifications and record data on applicable sheets or computer systems; keep supervisor informed of variations.
• Maintain work area in neat and orderly condition per housekeeping procedures.
• Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Must have ability to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.

Compensation
