Essential Duties
- Ensure safe operation of equipment to prevent damage and injuries.
- Participate fully as a member of the crew during downtime, start‑up, product changes, operational problems, and clean‑up.
- Assist in sheet breaks, threading machine, and product changes.
- Clear machine jams to keep product moving.
- Perform basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning of assigned equipment.
- Conduct product testing in accordance with specifications and record data on applicable sheets or computer systems; keep supervisor informed of variations.
- Maintain work area in neat and orderly condition per housekeeping procedures.
- Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must have ability to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
Qualifications Preferred
- Basic PC skills and ability to navigate company training and communication programs.
- Follow both verbal instructions and written procedures.
- English reading, writing, and communication proficiency.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

Compensation
Base hourly rate: $24.65.
Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Compensation offers will be determined based on location, experience, education, and qualifications.
