Job summary

Koch Companies in Eau Claire, WI is seeking Manufacturing Operators to support production of life-sustaining devices at our facility. You will learn and operate injection molding presses, read process instructions, and perform basic quality checks.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a regulated manufacturing environment. The position requires one year of manufacturing experience, a 3rd shift (11pm–7am), and offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour plus benefits.

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking Manufacturing Operators to support manufacturing production at our Eau Claire facility.

Wage: Anticipated starting wage is at $18.50/hr.

Shift: 3rd shift: 11pm-7am, Sunday through Thursday

What You Will Do in Your Role

• Run and be knowledgeable about the injection molding presses. Keep pace/time with the rate pad printers, assembly machines or any other operation related machinery

What Will Put You Ahead
