Job summary

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, seeks Manufacturing Operators to support production at our Eau Claire, WI facility. Wage starts at $18.50/hr with a 3rd shift (11pm–7am), Sunday through Thursday.

Duties include operating molding presses, inspecting parts, handling packaging, and coordinating with the next shift. Required is at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; ability to document files and communicate status to teammates.

Phillips-Medisize, LLC is seeking Manufacturing Operators to support manufacturing production at our Eau Claire facility.

Wage: Anticipated starting wage is at $18.50/hr.

Shift: 3rd shift: 11pm-7am, Sunday through Thursday

What You Will Do in Your Role

• Run and be knowledgeable about the injection molding presses. Keep pace/time with the rate pad printers, assembly machines or any other operation related machinery
• Perform visual, in-process, and final inspection of parts per quality criteria, checking for defects
• Navigate files and locate documents with a computer
• Trim and package parts according to customer standards
• Communicate status of jobs to previous and following shift and share information with Technicians about problems or process variations

What Will Put You Ahead

• One (1) year of manufacturing experience
