Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, in Phillips, WI is seeking Production Operators to support the manufacturing of injection molded parts and assembly.

Operate molding presses and coordinate with downstream equipment; perform inspections and maintain complete documentation; follow instructions precisely.

This role offers 3rd shift Sun-Thurs 11pm-7am with a 12% shift differential and opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States.
• Export control compliance with ITAR/EAR; export authorization may be required.
• This position does not qualify for VISA sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain injection molding presses.
• Coordinate with hot stampers, paint machines, pad printers, assembly lines.
• Perform thorough visual, in-process, and final inspections for contamination.
• Accurately complete and maintain all checklists and documentation.
• Follow operator guides and work instructions with precision.
• Trim and package parts per detailed instructions.
• Communicate job status across shifts and collaborate with Mold Technicians.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Participate in setting and achieving departmental goals.
• Perform administrative tasks using a computer (email, data entry, documents).

Your Job

Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development, and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our Phillips, WI location is seeking Production Operators to support manufacturing of injection molded parts and assembly.

Available Shift Options

• 3rd: Sun-Thurs (11pm-7am) + 12% shift differential

$250 New Employee SIGN ON BONUS

$500 REFERRAL BONUS

What You Will Do

• Operate and maintain expertise in the functionality of injection molding presses
• Synchronize operations with hot stampers, paint machines, pad printers, assembly machines, and other related machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct thorough visual, in‑process, and final inspections of parts, ensuring they are free from contamination
• Accurately complete and maintain all necessary checklists and documentation
• Follow and understand operator guides and work instructions with precision
• Trim and package parts as per detailed instructions, ensuring quality and consistency
• Effectively communicate job status across shifts and collaborate with Mold Technicians to address issues or process variations
• Maintain records and documentation
• Actively participate in setting and achieving departmental goals and expectations
• Perform administrative tasks such as email communication, data entry, and document creation efficiently using a computer

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
