We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Shipper / Production Operators. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity in manufacturing, with no prior experience required — WILL TRAIN! You will be cross-trained to perform various tasks in shipping and production.

Responsibilities Include

1. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
2. Label packages accurately and generate shipping documentation.
3. Load and unload trucks.
4. Maintain accurate shipping records.
5. Ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
6. Operate and monitor production machinery.
7. Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
8. Perform quality checks on products.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
10. Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
11. Assist with other production tasks as needed.
12. Perform other duties as assigned in shipping and production areas.

Skills/Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move materials.
• Reliable and punctual.
