Job summary

Acara Solutions, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing technician to operate metal forming equipment and set up tooling from blueprints in a fast-paced environment.

You will produce parts that meet quality, efficiency, and production standards and interpret routing information to configure machines. Responsibilities include changeovers, routine maintenance, inspection of parts, and participation in safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience with mechanical equipment.
• 2+ years of machine operating experience.
• 2+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up tooling and machines using blueprints and routing information.
• Operate metal forming equipment and produce parts meeting quality standards.
• Interpret blueprints and routing instructions to configure machines.
• Perform machine changeovers and equipment adjustments as needed.
• Complete daily preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Inspect finished parts for compliance with specifications.
• Participate in safety, quality, and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to improve processes and tooling life.

Schedule: 40 Hours/Week

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience working with mechanical equipment
• 2+ years of machine operating experience
• 2+ years of Mechanical troubleshooting experience
