Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher (verified prior to start).
• Availability to work any shift, including fixed night shifts, rotating shifts, and holidays as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime, including daily, weekends, and short-notice shift coverage.

Applicants meeting the basic qualifications may be required to pass 3M's testing as part of the selection process.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include:

• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Adaptability and flexibility.
• Experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to operate PIVs.

Travel: Up to 5% domestic travel.
