GEODynamics in Millsap, TX is looking for qualified candidates for Production Operator. Our campus is on the frontage road of Interstate 20 near Millsap, TX. Located west of Fort Worth, it is an easy commute from surrounding communities of Weatherford, Stephenville, Mineral Wells, and Aledo.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Follow all plant policies and practices to ensure safety, quality, service, and cost objectives are met.
  • Perform various quality checks and assist in the cleaning and change-over of equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through activities such as proper reporting of material usage, minimizing waste, and ensuring measuring devices are properly calibrated.
  • Ensure good housekeeping of all work areas.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork and data entry to support job tasks.
  • Comply with all company policies.
  • Practice safe work habits in accordance with OSHA and GEO-specific health and safety expectations.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalency.
  • 0 – 2 years of experience working in production operations; some manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely perform related physical demands of the role.
  • Bending, lifting, stooping, and standing greater than 50% of the time.
  • Use of hands, wrists, shoulders.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed.

Work Environment/Environmental Conditions:

  • Occasional exposure to hazardous chemicals, fumes, and gases.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
  • Walking surfaces include outdoor ramps and rough/uneven terrain.
