Production Operator | Starting Pay at $28.30/hr

Position Summary

The Production Operator positions are vital to our manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include operating various production lines, packaging, moving raw materials or finished goods with equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks, and providing relief during absences or vacations. These roles operate on our continuous shifts, with mandatory or voluntary overtime opportunities.

Shift Requirement

Must be willing to work a 12-hour overnight shift - 7PM to 7AM - on a 2/2/3 schedule.

Responsibilities

1. Supply production lines and meat prep stations with adequate supplies for continuous operation.
2. Measure, weigh, blend, and add materials to systems, adjusting speeds and temperatures as needed.
3. Pull samples, perform quality tests, assist with quality trials, or deliver samples to Quality Assurance.
4. Visually inspect ingredients and pallets or cans, removing foreign materials.
5. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment, following safe practices when handling cleaning chemicals.
6. Operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor repairs on equipment, following lockout procedures.
7. Support continuous improvement initiatives in the factory.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Preferred but Not Required

• Manufacturing, Production, or Warehouse experience.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
